Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Before sending any item back, please contact us so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Right of withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union, the legal right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date of delivery, unless an exception applies under consumer protection law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made, personalized, or manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake, a defective item, or an item damaged during delivery.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For EU withdrawal returns, the refund will include the product price and the standard original shipping cost, where applicable. Any additional cost for express or upgraded shipping services may not be refundable.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges paid by the customer to the carrier or local authorities are not refundable by us.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the product, the packaging and the shipping label.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot normally be returned, unless they are defective or we made an error:

  • custom-made or personalized products;
  • products modified or damaged after delivery;
  • used products that are no longer in their original condition.
